Warwick Hills - Home of the Buick Open

Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club has hosted the Buick Open for more than twenty years. The first Buick Open was played here in 1958. And every official Buick Open except one has been played at Warwick. The 1977 tournament was played at the Flint Elks Country Club.

This rolling course, with its long fairways and elevated greens, is widely recognized as one of the best-groomed courses on the PGA Tour. At 7,105-yard and par-72 layout, this course brings out the best -- and occasionally the worst -- in PGA Tour players, and has provided exciting tournaments year after year.

The 1st hole immediately introduces you to the character of the course. Note the custom overheads illustrate the unique way in which the course was originally designed.

The 13th hole offers a good birdie opportunity in spite of the green-side water hazard.

On the 16th the player shoots through a 200-yard chute of dense trees to a green that presents difficulties from above the pin.

No Buick Open player coming to 18 needing a birdie to win has ever succeeded in doing so.
