Deciding to sell or buy a home is a big step. To make sure it's a step in the right direction, choose the person best qualified to handle your real estate needs. I believe that person and company is me.

I have been an industry leader in quality customer service. Customer satisfaction is reflected in my high rate of repeat and referral business. I pledge to give you the best personal service I can possibly give.

That's one of the reasons I have decided to do the unthinkable, the crazy, the "are you nuts" move of opening my own real estate office. My fellow agents are still asking me "why? Well, I believe in straight talk, so here's a few reasons:

  • I will not work in offices where customers and clients are treated as numbers only
  • I'm not going to pay fees to vendors or corporations in other states for "benefits" that don't benefit either my clients or me. Overhead, broker's fees, advertising budgets, and other fees continue to rise with no corresponding benefit to home sellers
  • I refuse to charge my clients extra fees on top of full commissions just to increase the broker's profit

There's more, and the remainder of these pages will try to spell it out. It might sound like I'm upset with my past brokers and business experiences. Let me assure you that I am not! I'm basically a very happy guy. But there are certain myths and practices that continue within the real estate business, and I decided not to put up with them any more.
