Sellers can pick and choose which services they require
some help with and only pay for those services! What
follows is a brief description of those services. For

appointment.
Contingent
Fee Packages: fees are paid at closing
Full
Service/Exclusive Right to Sell, includes all
Innovative RES marketing services: 6% of sales price
Exclusive Agency/Limited Marketing,
includes multiple listing service (MLS) entry but limited
marketing services: 5% of sales price
Buyer Sale, if Innovative finds the
buyer, shows property, negotiates, and closes sale:
3% of sales price
Negotiate/Close, includes all negotiations
and preparation for closing: 2% of sales price
Close, includes closing preparation,
attending closing: 1% of sales price
Document Preparation/Review, includes
oversee, produce, and review closing docs: 1/2% of sales
price
Flat
Fee Packages: fees comprise a retainer fee and balance
due upon work completion or cost incurred
Full
Service/Exclusive Right to Sell, includes all
Innovative RES marketing services: $1,699 plus actual
costs plus 1-3% to coop, if necessary; $500 retainer
Exclusive Agency/Limited Marketing,
includes MLS entry but limited marketing services: $1,299
plus actual costs plus 1-3% to coop, if necessary; $400
retainer
